Anàlisi dels rols de gènere al pati

Abstract

El present Treball de Final de Grau s'analitza els rols de gènere al pati, com aquests es potencien i com es poden abolir. Tenint en compte la importància de la transmissió dels valors en l'educació, la següent investigació pretén estudiar la rellevància i l’efecte que tenen els rols de gènere en el procés d'aprenentatge dels infants. Ens trobem amb la coeducació que és aquella metodologia que es basa en aquell sistema educatiu on existeix la igualtat de gèneres i, per tant, es treballa amb perspectiva de gènere, considerant les diferències per sexe i gènere en tota activitat. Això, ens permet prevenir i abordar les violències masclistes. D’aquesta manera, l’objectiu del treball és fer un estudi i analitzar quin paper tenen els jocs, espais i les joguines, a les estones de pati a l’hora de diferenciar els rols de gènere. Per assolir l’objectiu principal de la investigació, s’han dut a terme, per una banda, la recerca d’informació sobre experts i altres professionals que han indagat i reflexionat sobre el concepte de desigualtats de gènere en la nostra societat i en les escoles. Per altra banda, s’ha realitzat un estudi empíric en sis escoles del Bages, a partir de les quals s’ha pogut observar, analitzar i avaluar els resultats obtinguts, establint així una conclusió que dóna resposta a les preguntes plantejades al llarg del treball. Per tant, s’ha pogut concloure que resulta essencial que el professorat rebi formacions sobre aquest tema per tal de poder visualitzar i atendre aquests fets. Així com, que l'estructura de pati adequada per tothom és aquella que cobreix totes les necessitats dels infants, sense excloure a ningú, tot tenint en compte que els elements que es troben a l’interior influeixen en els rols de gènere. I que el joc entre els nens i les nenes és diferent, amb demandes diferents i que, depenent de les propostes de joc que hi hagi al pati, aquesta diferència es fomenta més o menys.

This Final Undergraduate Project focuses on gender roles in the playground, taking special consideration in the ways in which they are promoted and how could they be abolished. Given the important role of the transmission of values in education, the following research tries to study the importance and effects that gender roles have in children’s learning processes. Coeducation is a methodology that consists of an education system where gender equality exists, and in turn, gender prespetive is integrated into its activities, as well sex and gender differences. This way of action allows to prevent and deal with male violence. As a result, the aim of this work is to study and analyse the role of differents elements found during playground time such as game activities, toys and structures, and its effect in gender roles. In order to achieve the main objective of the investigation, a research has been conducted, with a wide range of information achieved from different experts and professionals in the matter, who have largely discussed the issue of gender inequality in our society and at school. On the other hand, an empirical study has been conducted in six different schools within the Bages region, from which results have been obtained, analyzed and observed. This whole process has allowed me to draw a conclusion that answers the questions asked throughout the paper. In conclusion, it’s essential that educators recieve instruction about this topic in order to visualize and treat this issue. Furthermore, the most suitable playground structure for everyone is the one that covers the needs from every child, without exception; taking into account that the elements inside have an influence on gender roles. Also, that the boys and girls play differently, and have different needs, and this contrast can be more or less encouraged, depending on the proposals offered.
