Percepcions de les mestres sobre el seu rol en el treball per projectes a l'educació infantil

Abstract

La investigació que es presenta a continuació, sorgeix de l’interès i de la necessitat de saber quin és el punt de vista dels docents sobre el Treball per Projectes i quin és el seu rol. Hi ha nombrosos estudis i articles que parlen sobre aquest tipus de treball i com ha de ser el paper del mestre o de la mestra tal com es podrà veure en el marc teòric del treball, però cap que s’hagi trobat té en compte la visió i les vivències de docents que es troben en aules d’Educació Infantil.

És per això que es decideix dur a terme una investigació mitjançant entrevistes en profunditat a mestres que treballin per projectes amb els seus alumnes d’Infantil i poder saber quina és la seva visió respecte al que comporta el Treball per Projectes.

Com a resultat de la investigació es fa una anàlisi per saber i determinar quina visió es té des de la docència tot el que implica aquest tipus de treball. Algunes de les conclusions a les quals s’ha arribat són que el rol del mestre en el Treball per Projectes és imprescindible, la seva manera d’actuar té una gran influència en l’aprenentatge dels infants o que el tema que es tracta en el Treball per Projectes sorgeix de l’interès dels infants.

The research presented below arises from the interest and need to know the views of teachers on Project Work and their role. There are numerous studies and articles about this type of work and how the role og the teacher should be as seen in the theorical framework of the project, but none that has been found takes into account the vision and experiences of teachers found in kindergarten classrooms. Therefore it is decided to conduct an investigation through in-depth interviews with teacher working for projects with their children’s students and to be able to know what their vision is with regard to what project work entails. As a result of the research, an analysis is made to find out and determine what view is taken from teaching everything that involves this type of work. Some of the conclusions reached are that the teacher’s role in Work for Projects is indispensable, their way of acting has a great influence on the learning of children, or that the subject of Project Work arises from the interest of children.
